Brenda is our senior front desk associate.
And boy is she a ball of energy.
She has worked as a medical receptionist and secretary
for over 15 years and is very talented at her profession.
Previously she was a “girl Friday” in a busy physical therapy practice
near Shelby, North Carolina.
Our staff has learned that Brenda just loves solving problems.
It doesn’t matter how little or how big, she seems to thrive on a challenge.
Her knowledge of managing appointments and coordinating
urgent medical care is impressive and demonstrates a caring,
thoughtful concern rarely seen in today’s busy medical environment.
Brenda also has a knack for dealing with important billing and
insurance problems, which simply tickles the devil out of patients
needing her help.
She and her husband and 17 cats live in
“Rural” North Carolina and love “living in the country”!
