| Most persons who are depressed, are usually living in the past or have
fear of the future. In order to fight the blues, one must forget the
past, live for the present and avoid worrying about the future. That is
not to say that we should not learn from the past or plan for our
future. We should practice only the positive aspects of each. Here are a few tips on just doing that !
