And to top it all, you can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

How do you access my office staff at Barnhill Family Medicine?

It’s simple!

Go to www.drhuggiebear.com , navigate to the “Contacting Dr. Frank’s Office” section of the homepage and click on the link of the staff member you wish to address.

For example, if you wish to ask a question or leave a message for one of our nurses, click on the link mynurse@drhuggiebear.com .

Likewise, if you want to ask our front desk about appointments or address a billing problem, click on the link myfrontdesk@drhuggiebear.com .

Here are a few guidelines to help you use this unique communication tool to your best advantage and help us maintain the highest quality level possible for our newest healthcare adventure:

 ·        Never, we repeat never include personal or medical information that you would not want seen by others. Even though we have security systems in place to protect your privacy, mistakes can occur.
·
Never use this method to discuss emergency or very urgent problems! Phone our office 24/7 at 864-489-8168 or go to the emergency room.
·        Be sure to clearly identify yourself or family members
·        Be as brief and to the point as possible to help us serve your needs faster.
·        If you need a return phone call, leave a number and time to reach you
·        Remember, all e-mails received after 3 PM EST or on holidays are usually not viewed until our next scheduled workday.
·        Prescription refill requests may require 24 hours to be completed.
·        If you send your e-mail without your name in the subject line, our spam filters will delete it. For example, “Susan Smith Patient question” should go in the subject line.

We’re sure you will find this unique service to be of benefit in your family’s healthcare and welcome your feedback!
